A new poll has revealed Andrew Hastie is emerging as the most preferred opposition leader behind Sussan Ley.
The latest Newspoll in The Australian shows 21 per cent of voters support Sussan Ley to lead the Opposition, while 15 per cent are backing Andrew Hastie and only three per cent support Deputy Opposition Leader Ted O’Brien.
It’s building pressure on Sussan Ley as the Coalition’s primary vote remains stuck at record low levels, despite dumping net zero and promising tougher migration policies.
