Sky News contributor Kosha Gada discusses the performance-based incentive for Iran to cooperate with the US deal.
“People are very, very sceptical,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“It is a performance-based measure, as you say, carrot and stick aspects to the deal.
“The stick, of course, is the threat of US military action… the carrot is, hey, you can make some money, or we can unfreeze sanctions if you cooperate.”
