Israel will expand its military offensive in Gaza with the aim of taking over the entire Strip – that’s according to Israeli media, quoting senior government officials.
The reports also say the IDF chief has been told he should step down if he opposes the move. That’s as pressure grows on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to end the war, with nearly 600 former security officials appealing to US President Donald Trump for help in reaching a truce.
