A German ice windsurfer continues training on a frozen Minnesota lake despite temperatures reaching minus 45 Celsius around the country during America’s historic Arctic freeze. The athlete, who suffered minor frostbite over the weekend, trains year-round on the lake – ice windsurfing in winter and regular windsurfing in summer.
