Sky News contributor Kosha Gada reacts to US Vice President JD Vance weighing in on the feud between US President Donald Trump and Pope Leo.
“He’s in a difficult position, he’s walking a tightrope,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“He can’t go out and shouldn’t go out, in my opinion’ and opening disparage his boss … but by the same token, he is independently elected.
“He has a little bit more runway to figure out how to somehow signal his allegiance to the constituency … without going against the President.
“That’s a really, really tough tightrope to walk, but he’s doing it as well as I think he can.”
