The spotlight has been put on a popular acne treatment used by Aussie teens after a 17-year-old boy in the US blamed the medication for driving him to shoot his two friends, killing one of them.
Australia’s TGA has since strengthened its safety warning, advising all patients to now undergo a mental health assessment before starting the medication.
