NDIS Minister Jenny McAllister speaks to Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell following a failed meeting with state ministers.
This comes as the federal and state governments attempt to come to an agreement which would allow the Commonwealth to hit its targets for curbing growth in the NDIS by pushing responsibility back on the states through the Thriving Kids program.
“We are hopeful of reaching an agreement with the states and territories by the end of the year. It’s a complex agreement, of course, but officials are meeting regularly,” Ms McAllister said.
