Recovery operations continued in the outskirts of the Turkish capital Ankara on Wednesday (December 24), the morning after a jet carrying Libyan chief of staff Mohammed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad and others crashed. The private jet carrying Al-Haddad reported an electrical failure and requested an emergency landing shortly before crashing near Ankara, Turkey’s head of communications said on Wednesday.
