From a ceremonial fighter jet escort in Abu Dhabi to high-level talks on energy security, defence cooperation and trade expansion, the visit underlined the growing importance of the India-UAE partnership. Several key agreements were signed, including a strategic defence partnership framework, petroleum reserve cooperation, LPG supply deals and a ship repair cluster project at Vadinar. The UAE also announced investments worth 5 billion dollars in Indian infrastructure and financial sectors.
