Arjumand Gulzar Dar, better known as Hamza Burhan, has been shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Indian investigators had linked Burhan to the 2019 Pulwama terror attack that killed 40 CRPF personnel and led to India’s Balakot airstrikes. Authorities found him facilitating explosives, logistics, and operational planning for the attack while also running terror launchpads in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
