The U.N. refugee agency holds a progress review meeting from 15-17 December in Geneva. The event will also be High Commissioner Filippo Grandi’s last major meeting. This event will build on stocktaking activities at the national, regional, and international levels to sustain momentum and analyse progress towards the execution of the pledges made at the Global Refugee Forum (GRF) to promote the Global Compact on Refugees (GCR). It will also describe the next phases leading up to the GRF in 2027.
