Up to seven million people joined ‘No Kings’ rallies across the United States, protesting against Donald Trump, in one of the largest single-day protests in modern US history. Demonstrators accuse their President of eroding democracy in the country, and criticised recent large-scale immigration raids.
Chinese car-maker XPENG has unveiled its version of a flying car, displaying it in their new showroom in Sydney. The fully electric, vertical take-off vehicle features a two-seat cockpit, can reach speeds up to 130km, and costs around $200,000.
Australia has seen a surprising rise in mature-aged private childcare workers, or ‘granny nannies’, as waves of retired mothers return to the workforce. 10 News+ reporter Sam Butler explains this phenomenon, and spoke to the nannies, and the parents, who are at the forefront of this shift away from traditional childcare.
