Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney blasts US Republican Senator Mitch McConnell, accusing him of having “Trump derangement syndrome” for opposing efforts to strengthen voter ID requirements.
“His Trump derangement syndrome now is real … he hates Trump, he just does, and he doesn’t want to give him a win,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
“That’s the only explanation I can come up with because … he supported it in the past and for a long time.”
