A Mosman Park family of four, including two teenage boys aged 14 and 16 with significant health challenges, and their parents were found dead in their home along with three pets. Homicide detectives are treating the incident as a double murder-suicide, with evidence suggesting the parents killed their children and themselves. Police discovered the bodies after a visitor found a note warning not to enter and to call authorities.
