People with disability have served a grim warning to the federal government that major cuts to the National Disability Insurance Scheme could cost them their lives.
The second of a three-day inquiry into proposed changes to the NDIS has heard from more advocates fiercely opposed to the bill, which Health Minister Mark Butler says is necessary to ensure the scheme’s long-term survival.
