New South Wales motorists could soon be sharing the road with medicinal cannabis users who are legally allowed behind the wheel, under a controversial proposal announced by Premier Chris Minns.
The Premier has confirmed the state government will introduce legislation allowing people with a medical certificate to drive with a certain amount of THC in their system.
