Barack Obama has responded to President Donald Trump’s restrictions on White House access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico.
Speaking at Colgate University, Obama imagined how the reaction might have been different if his administration had told Fox News it could no longer enter the White House, calling the hypothetical situation “unimaginable.”
The remarks come after Trump announced restrictions on the three news organizations and reporters from the outlets were subsequently denied access to the White House. CNN, MS NOW and Politico have since filed a lawsuit challenging the restrictions.
