Optus CEO Reveals 5 Warning Calls Went Unanswered | 10 News+

Optus CEO, Stephen Rue, has been on the received end of some tough questions today.

During a press conference it has been revealed that when customers began calling Optus, to let them know there was an issue with the triple zero line, at least 5 calls went unanswered.

That’s despite original claims from the provider that only two such calls fell on deaf ears.
