Pope Leo XIV addresses crowds at the Vatican to “open their hearts” on Christmas Day, a day of “peace”.
“In him [Jesus], every wound is healed, and every heart finds rest and peace,” Pope Leo XIV said.
“The Lord’s birth is the birth of peace.
“To all of you, I offer heartfelt good wishes for a peaceful and holy Christmas.”
