US President Donald Trump says a deal for peace in Ukraine is “closer than ever before.” Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has responded by declaring he will achieve his goals in Ukraine by military means if necessary.
He insulted European leaders calling them “young pigs” as they prepare to determine if hundreds of billions of dollars of frozen Russian assets can be used to help fund the Ukrainian government.
