While filming a show about her private royal garden, the Danish queen compared her current life in Denmark to her past life in Australia.
The 53-year-old explained, âTasmania is dramatic, or varied, with rainforest and bush and cliffs and mountains. Denmark is a country with flat expanses and flat landscapes and forests and coastlines and fields⌠the Danish forest is very exotic to me.â
She added, âI spent a lot of time out in the bush, in the forest⌠Where I lived, there was forest on one side and beach on the other. How lucky can you be. I had it all.â
Although she admitted that the Tasmanian bush can also be quite dangerous, she reminisced on the stateâs natural beauty.
