CIS Director of Energy Research Aidan Morrison says rooftop solar has done “no favours” for the energy grid.
Mr Morrison said it’s “not an efficient way” to scale up more electricity into the grid.
“This is a damning indictment of the overall weather-dependent energy system we’re trying to build.”
