The proposal also seeks to address Iran’s nuclear and missile programs, though binding Israel to such a deal remains difficult. The push comes as Oman hosted 90-minute U.S.–Iran talks with no outcome, while Washington warned Americans to leave Iran immediately, deepening war fears.
