Second-hand meals? That’s one way to survive in the Arctic 🕊️🐟️

Why hunt for food when you can get others to do the hard work for you? That’s exactly what the Arctic Skua does. Rather than sourcing its own food from the land or sea, it simply harasses other birds until they regurgitate the contents of their stomach. “Delicious”, says reporter Leah Crane as she explored the Arctic on a recent New Scientist Discovery tour to Svalbard.
