The French government has ordered the suspension of fast-fashion giant Shein’s website, following public outcry over the sale of sex dolls with child-like features.
The move came on the same day the retailer opened its first physical store in one of Paris’s most iconic department stores — an event marred by protests and backlash from other retailers at the location.
