Blame is flying in Spain after video of thousands of migrants streaming into a small Spanish enclave from Morocco was broadcast around the world.
Dozens of people died attempting the crossing, which Spain’s Prime Minister has labelled a violation of the country’s territorial sovereignty, as he arrived in the territory to a frosty reception.
