Broadcaster Lucy Zelic reflects on the challenges of parents balancing their careers whilst spending “quality time” with their children.
“For those who have been in the political game, they know the demands of politics,” Ms Zelic told Sky News host Steve Price.
“Parenting comes as a first-time parent, a real shock to the system, but if you’re finding that it’s increasingly challenging to manage both, then you need to acknowledge that this is something that’s not potentially for you.
“Spare us all the boohooing, it’s time for change.”
