Speaker of the House of Representatives Milton Dick calls out parliament members for speaking over Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen.
“There is just too much noise,” Mr Dick said during Question Time on Wednesday.
“Everyone, just calm down, just listen to the minister without this incessant interjection for no reason at all.”
