Opposition Leader Sussan Ley is offering to pass Labor’s environmental law overhaul if the government can agree on several demands.
The Opposition Leader is facing calls to reject the proposed reform, particularly from Nationals MPs following their own net zero scrapping.
But, Sussan Ley is willing to pass the Biodiversity Conservation Act if the Albanese government scraps climate reporting requirements for projects exceeding 10,000 tonnes of emissions annually.
