A US judge has dismissed a defamation case brought by self-described misogynists Andrew and Tristan Tate.
Adelaide man Nathan Pope, known as @Gadget440 on YouTube, was one of 15 social media users, advocates and lawyers named in the lawsuit.
The Tate brothers are appealing against the decision.
