The so-called Worm Moon will arrive on 3 March, and since it’s also a blood moon, there’ll be total lunar eclipse—meaning the Moon orbits through Earth’s shadow cast by the sun.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology, those in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, and Perth will have clear enough conditions for the Worm Moon to be visible—but for those in Sydney, Darwin, and Canberra, expected cloud cover may make the moon difficult to see.
