Hollywood has been shaken up in a major merger Paramount officially taking over Warner Brothers in a deal worth almost $158-billion.
The takeover merges two of the biggest studios in Los Angeles after months of legal disputes.
The newly merged company will be re-branded under the name Skydance Corporation and will now be home to iconic franchises including Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings and Mission Impossible.
