Reform UK Councillor Darren Grimes calls out UK Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood after she says increasing asylum seeker payments is “value for money”.
“Who exactly is it value for? It ain’t the British public who are increasingly unsafe, It ain’t the British taxpayer who is funding this madness,” Mr Grimes told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“We are a weak country … It’s absurd!”
