US President Donald Trump has suggested that his administration will be issuing the $2,000 tariff dividends possibly “in the middle of next year” or later.
“We have a lot of money from tariffs. If we didn’t have tariffs, this nation would be in serious trouble,” he told reporters on Monday, local time.
“We’ve taken in tremendous amounts of money.”
