US President Donald Trump has met his aides in the Situation Room to make a final decision on whether to move forward with a deal to extend the ceasefire with Iran.
After a two-hour-long meeting, the US President declared that Iran must never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons and called for the immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
He also insisted that the country’s enriched material be “destroyed”.
