Sky News Washington Correspondent Jonathan Kearsley says US President Donald Trump has been “pointing the finger” at Spain and the UK over their “slow response” to the conflict in Iran.
“He has really been pointing the finger at Spain and the United Kingdom, in particular,” Mr Kearsley said.
“For Spain, it was about not allowing the United States to access their bases and for the United Kingdom, it’s what the President views as their slow response in engaging in this conflict.”
