Donald Trump claims he and Xi Jinping have agreed to approve TikTok’s US operations after a “very productive” call.
The deal would shift TikTok’s US assets from Chinese owner ByteDance to American control, though key details remain unclear.
Trump confirmed he will meet Xi at the APEC summit in South Korea next month and travel to China next year.
However, questions still linger over ownership, security risks, and whether Congress will back the deal.
