US President Donald Trump has spoken to the Wall Street Journal overnight about the war in Iran as part of a series of interviews.
President Trump, during the interview, threatened to destroy “every power plant” in Iran if its leaders didn’t open up the Strait of Hormuz, ratcheting up pressure on Tehran.
The American leader also suggested the war would draw to a close “soon” when he was questioned about when the conflict would end.
