Iran has called for international condemnation of the United States over what it described as “illegal war threats,” following warnings of possible military action by President Donald Trump. Tehran said such statements violate international law and reaffirmed its right to self-defence under the UN Charter, accusing Washington of escalating already fragile regional tensions.
