The U.S. State of Minnesota and its two largest cities are suing the Trump Administration in an effort to stop the inundation of immigration agents on their streets, after an ICE agent fatally shot Minneapolis woman Renee Good.
The State’s Attorney General, alongside the Mayors for Minneapolis and St. Paul, say the Department of Homeland Security is violating the First Amendment and other constitutional protections.
