The federal government has released a discussion paper on its controversial $5,000 cap on allied health services for veterans, three months after first announcing the changes.
Shadow Veterans’ Affairs Minister Michael McCormack says veterans have been left in the dark and are calling for the cap to be scrapped altogether.
