What trees will thrive in the future?
At New Scientist Live, Kevin Martin, Head of Tree Collections and Arboriculture at @kewgardens, is exploring a vital question: which trees and plants will thrive in the climate of the next century?
With droughts becoming more frequent, Martin and his team are already growing and testing plants to understand how they adapt to different conditions. Their research will help future generations make informed decisions about what to plant, creating more resilient landscapes for years to come.
