Kenya has stepped up Ebola screening at Nairobi’s main airport to prevent further transmission, after the country confirmed its first case of the highly infectious disease.
A Kenyan citizen, who has been living in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, travelled through the airport and died days after arriving in Nairobi.
More than 4,000 people have died from Ebola in DRC this year.
