One Nation is proposing a policy that would allow workers to divert 3%t of their super payments straight to their wallet for three years — investing only 9% instead of the current compulsory rate of 12%.
Party leader Pauline Hanson said the policy would give households “breathing room” and would help people to buy groceries, pay power bills and cover the costs of raising a family.
But the policy has been criticised for its potential impact on retirement, with some saying it could leave thousands worse off later in life.
