After Queensland hairdresser Lisa posted an AI-generated photo of the singer getting a haircut at her salon, she told Yahoo Lifestyle that she had been excited to join the trend.

“I just jumped on the bandwagon for a bit of fun, but I secretly hoped he’d call in for a hair cut on the way to Australia Zoo.”

“I truly had so many people believe it was real and I didn’t want to upset anyone.” ‘

The Fresh Feast in Melbourne’s Hawthorn also posted a photo of the 35-year-old meeting the grocer’s owner, and the business told Yahoo that the photo sparked an “overwhelmingly positive” reaction from the community.

“Even though it was AI-generated, people saw it for what it was – a bit of creative storytelling and another reason to celebrate what we do.”

Still, not every business that jumped on the trend received the same reaction — with similar posts flooded with angry comments.
