Opposition Leader Angus Taylor hilariously jokes about Energy Minister Chris Bowen after declaring the Coalition will scrap Labor’s net zero policy.
“Chris Bowen is back … I hope fresh … from his pre-COP flop because he got a lot of sleep over there,” Mr Taylor said.
