Harry and Meghan change children’s school over security concerns | BBC News

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have changed their children’s school only days after they first started over security concerns about traffic during the school run.

The schools’ names have not been disclosed, but it is understood that the Sussexes’ private security team had been concerned that the distance and the heavy traffic on the original school run route had made it difficult to make secure.

It’s understood that the security for the children meant travelling with another car, and that driving in convoy proved difficult in the busy school run traffic.

The checks on the route are believed to have initially taken place before term time, but with the school traffic it was deemed not safe enough.
