California Governor Gavin Newsom has used a rally in Texas to launch another attack on US President Donald Trump.
He said the American leader wants to put the country in reverse.
“We’re dealing with an invasive species by the name of Donald Trump,” Mr Newsom said.
“He is a historic president, however. Historically unpopular president under what? Every key category.”
