Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Michael Doran claims it’s a European interest to see the Iranians “weakened”.
“We all have to start seeing the reality of international politics today, which is China, Russia, Iran, North Korea versus the West,” Mr Doran told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“Twenty percent of the world’s energy is passing through the Strait of Hormuz; it’s a European interest to see that opened.”
