The European Union’s top court has ruled in favour of IKEA, granting it the right to take legal action against far-right Belgian party Vlaams Belang.
It comes after the Swedish furniture giant argued that the party used IKEA-style font and logos in an anti-immigration campaign without authorisation in 2022.
